If you have any issues with a piece of jewellery purchased from Immortal Earth Jewellery. Please contact us by email.

Returns and exchanges:

    • Refunds are not available unless a piece is faulty. We try our very best to provide you with a high quality product but we are human and sometimes things go wrong.
    • No exchanges are available on jewellery (unless faulty) that - 
        • was purchased while on sale
        • has been worn and mistreated (We can tell)
        • is a custom piece
    • If your exchange is a result of a faulty item, postage costs are paid for by Immortal Earth Jewellery. 
    • Exchange for change of mind requires items to be mailed via tracked postage, with a prepaid package for the exchanged item to be returned to you in. (this is also required if you need resizing)
    • If an item is faulty we would love to repair or replace it for you, if this can’t be done we will refund the purchase price for you.


    • Ready to ship orders (that don't require any altering) are posted within 1-3 business days. 
    • All orders sent via express post will use tracked via the Australia post website. 
    • All orders sent by regular post are not tracked, Immortal Earth Jewellery is not responsible for any lost packages.
    • All orders being returned or exchanged should also be sent using tracked mail.
      • Orders will arrive in the timeframe as per Australia Post’s standard delivery times, according to the method you have selected at the check out. ie, express or standard shipping. 
      • In the event that you have not received your order in the timeframe please message us.


    Custom Orders:

    Custom orders are handmade just for you so please be mindful of the following:

    • Please be aware that due to the individual nature of each piece there may be slight variance to any inspiration/example photos
    • Deposits on custom orders are 50% of the final invoice price. 
    • Work on your custom piece will not begin until your deposit payment has been received.
    • A huge amount of work goes into custom pieces and because of this if you decide not to go ahead with your piece after work has started, your deposit cannot not be refunded.     

    Jewellery care:

    • As much as we love our jewellery, no piece of jewellery can be worn 24/7 and last forever. 
    • to keep your jewellery looking it's best -
      • take it off before bed
      • store in a dark place
      • do not wear while washing dishes, in chlorine pools or in the shower. and definitely don't get any chemicals (including perfume) on your items
      • do not lift heavy items or wear your jewellery to the gym. 
    • If your piece has broken please send photos and we can quote for repair or replacement.

    Products faults:

    Sometimes manufacturing faults do occur, if this happens please message us and we will make an assessment. If there is a manufacturing fault we will repair/replace your item

    • Manufacturing faults don’t include: snapped chains; chipped or cracked gemstones, and wear and tear such as bending, twisting or snapping.

    Product individuality:

    • Each piece of Immortal Earth Jewellery is unique and might be slightly different to what is pictured in the photo. Ready to ship pieces are the exact piece you will receive.
